Terms of use
Last updated: 2 November 2026
Remedium is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Always follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist. Do not rely on reminders for medication where a missed dose could cause serious harm. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number.
1. The service
Remedium is an app made by Reego Software that helps you organise remedies, reminders, symptoms and notes. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
2. Free plan, Pro subscription and free trial
Remedium is free to download and has a free plan with limits shown in the app. Remedium Pro is an optional subscription, monthly or yearly, sold through Google Play. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or a billing period ends, the subscription renews automatically and Google Play charges the price shown at purchase. You can cancel anytime in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; you keep Pro until the paid period ends, then return to the free plan without losing your data. Payments, taxes and refunds are handled by Google Play under its terms and refund policy. The app is licensed to you personally and is not transferable.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be an adult, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account. You can delete your account at any time.
4. Your content
The information you enter remains yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy.
5. Reminders and AI insights
Reminders depend on your device, its settings, network and third-party notification services, and may be delayed or not delivered. AI insights are automatically generated summaries that can be incomplete or wrong; they are for information only.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to access other users’ data, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
7. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Reego Software is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for health outcomes resulting from use of, or reliance on, the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms; we will tell you about material changes in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
