Reminders don’t arrive

• Allow notifications for Remedium in Android settings.
• Turn off battery optimisation for Remedium (Settings → Apps → Remedium → Battery → Unrestricted).
• Open the app once after installing or updating, signed in, so it can register.

Purchases and refunds

Remedium is bought through Google Play, which handles payments and refunds. See Google Play’s refund help.

Read the privacy policy, or delete your account.
