RemediumDelete your Remedium account
Deleting your account permanently removes your account and everything in it: profiles, remedies, schedules, recorded intakes, symptoms, notes, AI insights and sign-in sessions. Data is removed from our live database immediately and from backups within 30 days. This cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription: cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
In the app
Open Remedium → tap the profile icon (top right) → Settings → Delete account.
On this page
Sign in with your Remedium username and password to delete the account right away.
Signed up with Google?
Email support@remedium.care from the Google account’s email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.
